Over the years here at Boiling Springs, we have done ministry at our local nursing homes but it has been sporadic in nature, meaning that we would every once in awhile go and visit a nursing home. We are excited to announce that in 2026, we are greatly expanding our nursing home ministries with the goal of doing an outreach event other month. We want to share God's Love with our neighbors who are not able to come to church like they once could and to pray with them as well. We also want to share the gospel with the residents of our local nursing homes as many of these individuals are lost and therefore time is running out for them to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. 

 

This ministry will primarily be to serve the residents of the 4 Assistant Living/nursing homes in Wilkes County, those being Rose Glenn Manor, Westwood Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, The Villages of Wilkes (both Wilkes Assistant Living and Wilkes Health and Rehabilitation which are at the same location but different buildings), and Ridge Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. Note: The Willing Vessels Quartet, who are affiliated with our church, will be doing ministry concerts at nursing homes across our region. Our long term goal is to eventually be doing outreach services at nursing homes at least once a month if not more depending on how God uses this ministry.
